Hey everybody, hope you had amazing Christmas and New Year period with your friends and family. When we were thinking about the last year, Iceland won as top experience of 2016. We can’t forget about the amazing time we had when hitchhiking in Iceland last summer so here’s the new post.
We met so many fantastic people. First carpooling from Reykjavik to Akureyri with a local and South Korean volunteer and then hitchhiking with Italians, Californians, Germans, Icelanders, Swedes, Australians, Brits, French… all very helpful and interesting people. Hitch is a great experience and we recommend to start with it in Iceland. We felt very safe all the time and people were genuinely intrigued with our story.
